Therapy that works.

I rely on evidence based methods of therapy. The term evidence based means treatment modalities with positive outcomes proven by research. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness based stress reduction based on each client’s needs.

Meet Margaret

Through her experience as a social worker, Margaret has seen the power we have to transform under pressure and use our resilience to meet challenges. Margaret has been inspired by the innate ability we all possess to be creative, resourceful and whole - especially in the face of adversity. Prior to beginning her own counseling practice, Margaret has experience ranging from crisis counseling, gambling addiction support, elder abuse investigation, and social service coordination in long-term care.
